Dr. Seuss Goes to War by Dr. Seuss, Richard H. Minear (1999, Hardcover)

Dr.Seuss Goes to War is a great book and resource to anyone interested in history, World War II, Political Cartoons, or just enjoys Dr. Seuss. This book is geared at a older reader then the other childrens books that Dr. Seuss is best known for. The same character are used to point out Dr. Seuss and many Americans views before, during, and after World War II. Great Book and everyone should be exposed to it. I am a Social Studies teacher and I plan on using it in my classroom. Many other uses then in the classroom. Makes a great discussion book.
