Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman - The Complete Season 5 (DVD, 2005, 7-Disc Set)

Considering what's on TV nowadays, this is a fresh of breath air watching this wonderful older series again! I enjoyed it some years ago and it still stands up today. Some shows do not stand the passing of time, but this one certainly does with its fine characters and acting, not to mention interesting storylines. I look forward to seeing the last season soon.

This is my favorite season of Dr. Quinn. I have always been a fan of the show. In this season, the characters become more developed. Previous season had Dr. Mike give birth, now her little girl is growing. Colleen is off to college and comes home on the train periodically. There's a new doctor that works with Dr. Mike until he chooses to work at a new hotal. Colleen & he begin a relationship. Some old wounds are healed between certain town folk. Dorothy begins a friendship with Cloud Dancing and writes a book about his people & customs. The Reverand has a true test of faith at Christmastime and we get to hear Grace sing a Christmas hymn. Sully faces new challenges as it gets harder for him to stand up to the injustices he used to fight so hard for. Matthew makes a great sheriff but is still learning to use wisdom. A new teacher comes to the school and Jake takes an interest in her. Brian is growing up and trying to be the best big brother. The sad story is about Horace & Myra- they were always two of my favorite characters. And Emma leaves to travel abroad with a world famous singer. There is still plenty of action, humor, romance and historical facts to make it the best season yet.

Good clean adventure for the entire family. Provides moral lessons combined nicely with adventure. Well done to show issues of the time as well as issues of today. Continuing storyline that allows you to know the characters. Great entertainment for all ages.

Every season has been wonderful to watch. A wholesome show to view with the family. Can't wait until I but Season six to view.

One of the greatest of all time family shows. I wish there were a 100 more. The cast was so like a real God loving family respecting each others individuality. One of my best fellings is; I wish I could have personally met each star. It was so close to my growing up it shook me at times. The only thing I didn't like were the few off color words. I never got to see half of the programs because of work, ministry and volenteer work.

This is an excellant series that the whole family can enjoy. Many different historical events are covered as well and historical people.

i used to like little house on the prairie and now i love dr quinn. it is a good show. a lot of good interesting characters to follow and romance and everything. i love this show and even though its a western i think it is so good.

I liked the series, now I have all 6 seasons. I bought it because I wanted the whole series. There where some episodes I didn't like. So I skipped them. The actress actors are really good. Jane Seymour and Joe Lando and my favorite.

These movies are great for family viewing. We have all the seasons and even my husband will join the kids and myself to watch these movies. The character of Dr. Quinn is a good role model for girls.

A must have for all Dr. Quinn lovers! It brings back all the good times I used to watch on TV when the show was on the air.

I love the fact that I can sit down and watch this show with my kids and not have to worry about them watching something they shouldn't be watching. I don't have to make sure to watch it myself to make sure it is "clean" and "safe" enough for my kids to watch. GREAT family show! It is too bad they don't make them like this still...
