If you have the fortitude to change your paradigm as to how you consume food products that reek havoc with blood glucose levels, this may be the book and regimen to enable you to do so.
It advocates a vegan lifestyle. If you are at your wits end trying other so called diet, low carb etc regimens, by all means go for it.
Some of the food items suggested, don't cotton to my taste buds...but, what can you do???
Interesting charts and test results to give one pause for thought. Some of the conclusions are somewhat radical and backwards thinking, but overall a pretty well thought out read.
