This is an excellent book. If you or someone close to you has been diagnosed with diabetes this is the book to read. So much information. Very well explained and easy to read. Every diabetes doctor should read this book. All you need to know to take care of yourself or other loved one with diabetes. Great recipes for things you can eat.

) This is one of the best books I have found for managing diabetes and developing a plan for tight control to minimize the development of complications..this book is hopeful and very detailed. If you are a diabetic, it may save your life.

The purchase was A+ ...best all around! Being a diabetic, I do not like the book... it is the way it is written... an extremely negative book, IMHO. Dr. Bernstein to go to some self help classes. :)
