Great book for an BBQ enthusiast. It's easy reading, not overly complex recipes of rubs, sauces, or cooking techniques. Great stories to go with some recipes. I haven't had a bad recipe from this book yet. The pork ribs were spectacular!
I liked this book so well I just bought his next book BBQ year round and look foward to reading and cooking some BBQ from that book as well.
