The cookbook really helped after my induction period on Atkins & helped me in choosing the right foods to eat which are low carb, making it earier to stay on the Atkins diet.

This book has many recipes that are very easy to make in a normally stocked kitchen. I think this cookbook would be a great gift for anyone who loves to cook regardless of their intention to count carbs.

Great for anyone on a low carb diet! Some of the recipes are bland but you can jazz them up with your own spices. Overall I like this book and use it often...

I got this book hoping that it would have had recipes that were not available online, but I was wrong. This book is the same as the web site, so save you money and use the site for Atkins recipes.

This is a great tool for healthy eating recipesIt is a cookbook. Haven't used it yet. Don't know what more to say. I am hoping I get a lot of use out of it.
