
Another life saver from Dr. Atkins
Who said eating healthy means giving up something? This book has a myriad of recipes including Chicken a la Firenze and Tuna Loaf. Within the 247 pages the two authors provide 250 recipes, nutrition goals and a number of meal plans to assist in losing and maintaining weight.
Once again, Dr. Atkins shows that healthy eating is a lifestyle not an event that happens once. This book is very useful for the individual who wants to eat to stay healthy. A great companion for other books by the same author.
Having recently been diagnosed with diabetes, I find this book useful for ideas to keep my carbs low without sacrificing variety.
