Doyle Bramhall II Live from the Great Wall of China (DVD, 2007)

I WISH THE VIDEO PRODUCERS WOULD PUT THE INTERVIEWS AS A BONUS INSTEAD OF SPLICING THEM IN BETWEEN SONGS. VERY ANNOYING.

As with most concert DVD's like this, there are some interruptions with interviews, but for the most part it plays like a concert and is up at the top of my list.

I like very much Doyle Bramhall II and the DVD is very nice.
This DVD includes some tracks with Sherryl Crow, Eric Clapton and Roger Waters. Sound and video excellent, but I think one show in the USA would be better to watch, with more tracks.
In China the people seemed a little bit like a robot.
The stage was far from the crowd.

It is rare to see a blues trio these days... simply because there are very few musicians brave enough or talented enough to pull it off. Doyle, his percussionist and bassist take musicianship to a level all their own.

If you are a fan/musician, this is a must have.
Inspiring interviews, great performances.
Makes me strive to be a better player.
