The best book for mom's battling this disorder

In this book, Brooke spoke so candidly about her feelings surrounding her fertility issues. Once she became pregnant she shared her joy, once she delivered she shared her heartbreak. She was so honest and open with her feelings of fear, sadness, and inability to connect to her new baby. When reading this book, it made me feel like my feelings were not completely crazy and that Post-Partum Depression is nothing to be taken lightly. I felt like I could really connect with her and that there was hope. Even though I didn't experience PPD with my first born, it is possible to experience it with subsequent pregnancies. She spoke about her intrusive thoughts, about suicide, about the sorrow she felt when she looked at this baby she tried to hard to conceive. It made me realize that even if you have all the money in the world, this isn't something to be ashamed of and there is light at the end of the tunnel.
