I purchased this several weeks ago, and have not receive it yet, I have made several attempts to email the seller and still have receive no reply. I will take the next step with Ebay to try and resolve this.

Seller is apparently a scammer. Never received my book after multiple emails, phone number was out of service or false to begin with, now I'm trying to get the money back through Paypal. Don't buy anything from this seller.

This book is easy to understand, there are TONS of practice problems and I definitely felt over-prepared for my class.

It was a required text so I bought for a nursing class, my clinical- it's really a great book. It's laid out like "calculations for dummies" with full examples, sample drug labels and full color. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs more practice with calculations, I know that it's helped me a lot this semester. It has a great section on insulin administration, and focusus a lot of medication error. I think that i'll keep this book for future reference.

I'm intimidated by math, and I need a great grasp of math in order to do my job as an LPN when I graduate from nursing school. This volume determines what needs to be improved by running you through a self test to find out how proficient you are. Then you start on the examples increasing your skill level and confidence as you go. If your current job uses math daily this book will develop any weak areas you may have. Note; you will get better help elsewhere if you need a beginning math book. This tome is directed at a fairly proficient individual, the material assumes you understand basic math with some exposure to daily use of math in a job setting. If you passed your high school math, then you are a good candidate for this study course.

Book gives a very good understand of calculating dosages of medications. Book offers good explainations in a simple way that one not firmilar with the subject matter can understand.
