GREAT STORY-TELLING COMEDY: Clean Fun Family Routines.
6 of 6 people found this review helpful.
Bill Engvall's comedy album Dorkfish (1998) is a humorous, clean romp through the comedic mind of a great story-teller. You almost get the sense of sitting around a campfire when Engvall relates these stories. He provides 15 true-to-life bits that make listeners with families, especially parents, say, "I know what you mean."
Engvall includes two songs with the 15 stand-up comedy routines. These songs essentially are his stand-up routines sets to music and contain plenty of laughs.
If the true test of a comedy album is it's ability to provide laugh-out-loud moments the second and third time around, then Dorkfish should be a part of every comedy connisour's CD collection. Engvall's comedy is good, clean, and fun for the whole family.
