Don't You Fake It by Red Jumpsuit Apparatus (The) (CD, Jul-2006, Virgin Records USA)

This particular cd speaks to the inner struggles that go on inside each one of us. They put together thought provoking music and lyrics that hit straight to the core. One song in particular happens to be my favorite Cat N Mouse which talks about how life is not what we want it to be. At times the only thing that gets a bit repettitive is the screaming that is not at all discernable, but it does not happen often to turn off from the music produced by these talented guys. I thoroughly enjoy listening to Red jumpsuit Apparatus with it's thought provoking lyrics, and maybe if you give them a try you would too. I would recommed this cd to anyonw who likes rock, or heavy metal or even songs that truly have a good meaning behind them. I also appreciate that all the artists give Thanks to God in their acknowledgements. Overall fantastic.

Ok so i bought this album like 2 weeks ago...and i love it! I will admit that when i first bought this album i was very skeptical about how it would sound. I had originally only heard two songs from this cd (guardian angel, and in fate's hands)and hearing them made me want to buy it. Best 5 bucks i've ever spent!!! lol. I could describe this cd as the type of album that first pulls u in with the catchy sounds and spunky(yet slighty depressing)lyrics (lol). yet at the same time its the kind of album u dont instantly fall in love with... u have to listen to a couple of times to really appreciate it. but trust me when i say it grows on u...i give this album two thumbs up!!

The best lyrics and it rocks. i live vicariously through the screaming. it sounds like art. they tend to have a perfect mix of differing sounds. I did buy a NEW cd. so theres not much to say except. it arrived in perfect, untainted condition. And, if i could, I got it for a really good price. I would buy from, again.

This is one of the best albums I've ever listened to. This band appreciates good music and they produce nothing short of that. Winter's vocals grab you in, whether scream or sing. The guitar in songs such as "Your Guardian Angel" is just so beautiful. And even the little bit of piano that used ("Cat and Mouse") is great as well.

I had heard some great song samples and great reviews, but was a little skeptical at first. They have an awesome sound! Poppy at times, mixed with rock and a light dose of "screamo" (appropriately) and you've got a great album to rock out to!

I liked the music on the CD---THAT IS THE CUTS THAT DID NOT SKIP AND ACTUALLY PLAYED. I was a bit dismayed when I could not hear all the selections. I think the band is out there...beyond the reach of many but for some it is on the spot, interesting, and mundane plus.

I don't usually listen to newer bands from this genre, but I do like this CD. It is not anything groundbreaking, nor does it have real "staying power" for me, but it is definately a good set of songs. I would imagine this as a great CD for anyone who is a fan of modern rock.

Very good CD. This Boy Band has talent. Pretty faces and Abbs come and go. Look forward to seeing this Band Live.

I work from home and my daughter wanted this for Christmas. I am able to buy this online and have it delivered to my home. She loves it, my son loves it and I like it as well. It is a great CD.

I really enjoy when I pick up a CD and I am able to listen to every single track on it and enjoy every single track. This is a CD that is in my favorites for sure. Brilliant execution of rock and also slow styles. Guardian Angle is one of my favorite tracks on this album also. Basically, I can't wait for RJA to come out with another album and I will be one of the first to purchase it.

This album rocks. I love the whole thing. I originally bought the album for one song and to my surprise the whole album is awesome. It was definately worth the price for the album and I did not pay a lot for it through ebay (actually half.com). I give it an excellent review just for you, GO BUY IT.

This cd is amazing! I have fallen in love with this cd and all of the band members! THey have amazing tact as well as lyrics. I give this cd 3,546,032,135,403,213,540 thumbs up too bad I only have two hands. I recomend this band (and their cd and cds to come) to anyone who likes somewhat-scremo/rock/punk/post HxC/ emo music.

All the songs on the album are beautifully written, brilliantly played, and magnificently performed live as well as on the cd. I give this cd, as well as the band astounding applause.

I like Face Down, but once listening to the CD you can tell why it is the single. The rest of the CD is generic alt\emo, unfortunately aside from the single it is hard to distinguish this CD from the rest of the bands in their genre right now.

This cd is one of the few that i really like about all of the songs on. if you like any of the released tracks then this cd will really hit the spot for you. Wonderful cd. Highly recomened.

I Didn't think i would like more than a couple songs on this album when i decided to buy it but this Cd was put very well together, it caught me off surprize... To shorten this up... (Like - The cd is very good, way more than just the song _Face Down_ A++) (Dislike - If your not in-to Alternative/Emo Rock, this Cd is not for you. (I bought this Cd because of the fact that there were a couple of songs i heard and liked, when i got to listening the cd is when I really started to like it.

i like the whole thing and like listening to it. hopefully there will be another cd coming out soon or in the near future
