Don't Start the Revolution Without Me! by Dick Russell, Jesse Ventura (2008, Hardcover)

"Don't Start the Revolution Without Me!" is a well crafted book, and fun to read. A bit of caution though, If you have read Jesse Ventura's previous two "Bestsellers", then you will be a bit disappointed in this book. This book takes a "common thread" of a cross country trip for Mr and Mrs Ventura, and uses it as an excuse to retread, (verbatim), passages, stories and/or chapters from the previous two books. Call this one "Jesse Ventura's Greatest Hits". That having been said, this book is well written, fun to read, interesting, and in many cases thought provoking. Politics aside, it is a good book to read. For those that take politics or political thought seriously, you will find an entirely different message at a lot of different levels in this book, and that's OK too......Either way, pick it up, read it, loan it to your Dad or best friend...You should all enjoy it.

Do you need to know the truth from somwone who tells it like it is? Jesse Ventura will tell you the truth and not just want you want to hear or wish you could hear! Just an Informative and eye openining experience. Buy it, Read it and pass it on! You won't be sorry!

this was just what I was looking for at the right price.Though nshipping was a little high. No problems with the book. The book was in very good condition.

Bought because I am a fan on ex Minnesota governor, Jesse Ventura, and look forward to his return to the political field.
