Synopsis In this inspiring autobiography, Allison DuBois tells of how she learned to live with her special gift: Jane is a psychic and a medium who says she is able to sense the presence of those on the other side. Allison recounts her somewhat troubled early years, followed by the happiness she found after she entered into a healthy, supportive relationship and began to accept and understand her psychic powers. This led to a career in which she used her gifts to help others by bringing them comforting messages from those who have gone beyond. Eventually, she became a profiler, helping police solve difficult cases, and her experiences were the basis of the 2005 television series MEDIUM.
