In this action-packed platformer -- the first to use ACM computer modeling for amazing character and background detail -- King K. Rool and his Kremlings have stolen Donkey Kong's banana hoard, and now it's up to Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong to get it back. With help from Cranky Kong, Candy Kong and Funky Kong (not to mention a bunch of animal friends), the two simian heroes will have to explore every inch of the island, from the treetops of the Kongo Jungle to the icy cliffs of Gorilla Glacier.

    This has always been one of my favorite games. I grew up playing this game, and I still love it now. The graphics are great, as well as the sound effects.

    I recommend this game to anyone who enjoys Mario games, or just any gamer in general, you'll love it!

    An interesting game, but it needs a little more story to it.

    -The Good
    -Good Graphics for its System
    -Fun Mini-games
    -Useful Transformations
    -Good Use of Tag Team in Single Player
    -The Bad
    -Bad Use of Tag Team in Two Player
    -Some Stages to Dark (You can’t see where you’re going!)
    -Not Enough Cutscenes
    -The Summary
    -King K. Rule has stolen Donkey Kong’s banana horde! You need to help him get it back! Use the ever useful DK barrel and many other helpful items to aid you! Blast your way through levels jam-packed with K. Rule’s minions. Retrieve the banana horde!
    This game is now available on the Virtual Console for the Wii.
