I have been a fan of "The Dog Whisperer" since the begining. I am very impressed with his techiniques of teaching not only the dogs,but with the owners as well.
In looking for a gift for my niece, I came across this DVD.
My niece works at a no-kill shelter and works mainly with dogs. She is 22 years old, but has a learning disability. This DVD was a good way to show her techniques used in dog handling that are easily understandable.
I hope to get her the next DVD in the series!

The information given to the dog owners really works. I have tried it and my pet has never been so great

I bought this video for my daughter, who has a big dog named Max. She is already the "pack leader" but I thought this video would reinforce what she's already done with Max and teach her a few things she hadn't thought about. I was amazed that she didn't know anything about the Dog Whisperer. So I knew I HAD to make this introduction -- because I love her! She will be a better dog owner because of this video and will also be able to help others who have problems with their dogs. Cesar Millan is amazing. His sweetness and gentleness are always evident, but we can make no mistake regarding his underlying strength. He is the pack leader for all us other pack leaders out there. :-)

GIVES YOU IDEAS ON TRAINING AND THE BASIC FACTS BEHIND THE IDEAS! WORTH WATCHING FOR DOG LOVERS!!TAKES IN VARIOUS BREEDS AND SHOWS YOU DIFFERENT BEHAVIOURS. GOOD FOR NEW OWNERS AND NEW BREEDS TO BE EXPERIENCED.

My daughter loved this one so much she called to see how she could get more of Cesar's DVD's to help her learn more about controlling her lovable Golden Retriever.

I cannot rate this product because I never received it even after e-mailing the seller, who did not respond.

I liked that it was informative and entertaining but thought that there should have been more than 3 episodes on the DVD. Don't believe it was stated on the item description that there were only 3 episodes. I bought the DVD to better understand and train my dog.

This is three episodes of the show, I was expecting a season. I don't need to see the individual show credits, with each episode. No specific instructions, not the direction and training video that I expected. Could be done better. I was disappointed.

Like the Dog Whisperers info--we don't get his channel at home. I needed help with my dog and the price was good, although shipping cost were high. There was a delay in shipment which I didn't expect. Overall, it was a good purchase.

LOVE IT! This dvd is for anybody that is intereted in learning more about dog behavior and dog psykology. Cesar Millan is an excellent teatcher and everyone can learn from him.

The dvd is excellent to watch again and again. I never tire of watching Cesar work with both dogs and their owners. I learn something new each time I view the dvd.

I wanted to purchase a number of these Dog Whisperer DVDs for friends for Christmas. I couldn't seem to find it anywhere local when out and about doing my Christmas shopping, fighting the crowd, negotiating traffic, stratigically planning my next move. So when all else failed, I turned to my computer. Upon finding a price for this DVD, I then turned to my new favorite place to shop, EBAY! Sure enough, there it was, and not surprisingly, CHEAPER! Upon winning my DVD, it was payed for at a click of a button and delivered right to my front door. When I think of the time and energy I spent trying to find this in the stores, I find myself realizing what a valuable lesson I have learned. Next time I want something, I'll just start at EBAY instead of finishing with it.

The product I received was in perfect condition. The sound and picture had no distortions whatsoever. Overall, the quality of this item is excellent!

I PURCHASED IT BECAUSE I OWN TWO PROBLEM DOGS. WATCHING ONE DVD MADE ME WANT TO PURCHASE MORE OF HIS DVD'S BECAUSE HE HAD VERY GOOD AND SUCCESSFUL TECHNIQUES IN DOG OBEDIENCE TRAINING. THERE WAS NOTHING THAT I DIDN'T LIKE ABOUT IT.

I bought this dvd because I recently rescued an abused dog who wouldn't even let me get near him. I felt that I needed to convince him that I wouldn't hurt him before I established myself as the leader. Cesar makes it seem so easy, & I have no doubt that he can do it. I guess what I need more is a personal training session for ME. I will continue to watch it, tho, & see how I can apply it to my particular situation.

It is very convenient to have the CD to watch from my computer when ever I wanted to go over the lessons Cesar was teaching. The CD lets you go over the details in your own time for as often as needed.
Will order the next CD in the series.

I bought this DVD because my small terrier gets out of hand. I am a large woman and with her being so small I treat her like a baby. She does get out of hand and I have altered some of her commands and see a difference already. She gets so excited to see company and I think that is the worst because she is so hyper.

More good information! This encouraged us to take multiple obedienc classes with our dog, which really made the difference.

Very helpful DVD - Really enjoyed it. We got a puppy from a shelter and really wanted help. We had not had a dog in the family for quite some time. We love our new dog and "The Dog Whisperer" .
