This book is the most comprehensive book I've ever read on curing the heart. The how's and why's are explained in layman's language. After describing exactly why things don't work right, the steps are listed to regain health. Nutritition is emphasized. Drugs are exposed for their fraud and misleading claims. I've read extensivily about drug and medical fraud and this book brings it all together in an extremely interesting explanataion. If you have heart problems, this is a MUST have book. Abandon fraud and follow the steps to be healed permently.

The book has very good formation on health and the human heart. I am interested in this subject and am happy with the book.

It was a bunch of Atkins theories along with nonsense about we should eat like the cave man did MILLIONS of years ago. If I had any idea what the book suggests I wouldn't have ordered it. It is definalely from a secular point of view
