Doctor's Advocate [PA] by Game (The) (CD, Nov-2006, Geffen Records USA)

The Game has great lyrics, was a prodigy of Dr. Dre, and this album showcases his skills and depth as a rapper. I can not imagine anyone not being satisfied with this CD.

One of the best 2006 albums! Great tracks, good storytelling, kick ass west coast beats! It is a must have if you are a fan of real hip hop, its not that rap stuff they play on the radio

Personally, I'm a huge fan of The Game. So when this CD came out, of course I had to have it. First listen was kinda rough and I wasn't very impressed. But once you get to your 2nd and 3rd listens, you really begin to appreciate the talent put forth here. This was not nearly as mainstream as The Documentary was. Rather, it takes you back to the good ole NWA days.

I loved this album as a whole and I'd recommend it to anyone who is a true fan of real hip hop.

I ordered this item twice. The first seller never sent it, so I ordered from another seller. I have a couple of other of The Game's CD's and had heard a couple of songs before buying this. If you like Rap music as I do, then get this one.

Why do the other two talk bad about the album, but they dont say whats wrong with it?

Game shines on this CD more than ever and With the help of Nas, Kurupt & Daz, Kanye West, Nate Dogg, Snoop, Xzibit, WHO NEEDS 50 SNITCH oops i meant cent

As far as Production Goes, will people stop crying that Dr. Dre didnt make it, so it HAS to be whack, He NEEDS dre. C'mon, Dr Dre is good but he isnt the best and he isnt the only good producer. The Beats on this album are just as good if not better then his first. Production from Scott Storch, Swiss Beatz, Just Blaze, Jelly Roll, and Hi-Tek all kill it.

As far as rapping, The Game has improved 100% at his flow, Delivery, and Lyrics. A REAL HIP HOP FAN WILL CARE ABOUT ACTUAL LYRICS, NOT IF 50 CENTS ON THE ALBUM OR IF DR DRE MADE THE BEATS. and if you care about guest features or who made the beat more than you care about the actual RAPPING then go listen to 50 Cent, Because you dont deserve to call yourself a real hip hop fan.

In the end Game comes back to a raw, NWA type of sound on alot of the songs, and i think that it works for him, if you think the documetary was good, or you like westcoast, Gangster rap, then buy this album. 10x better than the first and it hasnt even gone platinum yet, what a shame. Its terrible how real talented artists get slept on so much
