A Little Bit of Everything!

This is a fairly late story arc in Jon Pertwee's tenure as the Doctor. The Third Doctor is mostly Earthbound, but this story takes him to someplace "completely different" -- Atlantis! Guys in togas! The Master and his newest invention, the TOMTIT machine! Minotaurs and mazes! Sergeant Benton turned into an infant!
This isn't a deep philosophical treatise, in fact it's campy and oh so fun. I give it a "good" for entertainment value, but a "below average" for believability and canonicity (character-wise). All in all, it's more fun than my overall rating indicates. Not a must-have, but certainly not a waste of one's time either.
The brilliant Roger Delgado as the Master, and his scenery-chewing enmity with Pertwee's Doctor, are always fun to watch. And Benton was a really cute baby!
After videotaping all of the stories of Classic Who from Tom Baker onwards, we are collecting all extant episodes from the first three Doctors. Jon Pertwee is my favorite Classic Doctor, and this story (while not a must-have for non-devotees) was fun to watch and a good example of the Doctor/Master dynamics.
