An experience one will never forget...remembered and read over and over again...Ciardi's translations and notes are the best yet, and will remain so...a perfect readjustment from present prose, recommended to anyone who wishes to see the seasons of life in a different light- or to those wishing to relent a philosophical 'over analysis' and read a work of literature in its romantic roots, simply for its aesthetic- truly a beautiful work
