Diver Dan - Reliving my childhood

This was a little trip down memory lane! My brother's were addicted to this show as we were growing up! If you were born in the mid 50's to early 60's chances are you watched Diver Dan. It's alot of fun for many of us who watched this show, hokey as it was, and remember a time when puppetry in an aquarium was state-of-the art special effects. It was enjoyable and brought back memories of a simpler time of our lives. It was exactly as I remembered it.Quality not the best but probably because it wasn't great on the original.

It's harder to find Diver Dan than it is to find a mermaid.
The image quality is horrible, probably third or fourth gen videotape copies and the episodes included aren't even in chronological order which makes following the plot interesting... and yet, it's a good example of something we just don't have any more on TV. Diver Dan and Miss Minerva are worth keeping in any form they still survive. Buy it.

This show brought back my childhood! It was a well done show for it's time and even my two teen boys thought so. My only complaint was that it was out of sequence and missing some episodes, otherwise, I really enjoyed it. A "must see"

) AS THE YEARS GO BY WE LOSE THE PAST SLOWLY HOW NICE IT IS WHEN YOU CAN SIT DOWN AND GO BACK TO THE PAST AS I WATCHED THE DIVER DAN DVD (16) EPISODE FROM THE EARLY 60s MY MIND WENT BACK NOT ONLY TO DIVER DAN BUT TO OTHER THINGS THAT HAPPENED IN THAT ERA AS EACH EPISODE STARTED IT WAS LIKE I WAS 5 YEARS OLD AGAIN AND I ACUALLY REMEMBERED THE SHOWS NO AMOUNT OF MONEY CAN DO THAT FOR YOU IT WAS THE BEST FEW DOLLARS I HAVE SPENT IN A LONG TIME AND I THANK E-BAY AND THE SELLER FOR THIS WE ALL NEED A THOUGHT TO THE PAST ONCE IN AWHILE THANK YOU DON
