This is probably one of my children's favorite old Disney animations. If features the classic tall tale of Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox. In tall tale fashion, it tells you how we got lakes, the Grand Tetons and other such landmarks. It also features Paul in a battle: Ax verses Steam Saw.
In Little Hiawatha the narrator reads the poem while you see little Hiawatha interacting with the animals as well as hunting, riding in his canoe and being chased by a bear and all the other animals coming to the rescue. Parents should note that Hiawatha's pants drop in one scene and bis backside is visible.
