Disney Princess Stories Volume 1: A Gift From the Heart (DVD, 2004)

My daughter loves the princesses and can call them all by name and identify them by their shoes...bet you have one just like this. Problem with my girl is that she is MORTALLY AFRAID of the following: Witches, Sea Witches, Poisoned Apples, Beasts, Wolves, Dragons, Queens and the like. So, Disney finally has the good idea of giving us princesses without the scary stuff that makes plots. Parents, turn it on and walk away. It will drive you nuts. But, it is almost perfect for pre-school children who need their princess fix.

I do just love letting my daughter watch this dvd. She has just turned three and this is just perfect for her age. Some of the princess and Barbie stuff is just to old for her. I think I'll buy the other ones out there. My seller was great too. Best price ever. I saw it at Target for a lot more.

I bought it for my daughter for Christmas. It's great and it's what she wanted. There was nothing that was disliked and the reason for buying this was because the price was fair.

i just wanted to say that this dvd is wonderfull my daughter loves to watch it and cant get enough of it wich doesnt bother me she can sit there and watch it while i clean up the house a little great dvd to have.

Not as good as I expected. Format is poor quality cartoonish. My granddaughter loves the Barbie Princess movies but this one didn't hold her interest.

My daughter really liked the first story from Ariel, because it was an actual cartoon, but the stories from the other three Princesses is like a book with turning pages. It was ok, but I just think that they should have all been the same.

Received the DVD in time for St. Nick. Product was in excellent condition as promised. Per my grand daughter, the movie was perfect.

The movie is in excelent condition my daughter loves it. Everything is disney for her. She likes to watch this movie over and over agian. I am greatful that this movie works so well. It does very good entertaining her.

not an original production, looked like pieces rolled together, my daughter loves princess items and movies and was barely interested

We rentred this movie from Block B. at a cost of 10.00 a week wheen we went to return it our daughter was beside her self. This movie is for a Christmass present. And I have to listen to her till then about renting it again. For what they sell for this is an excllent video for kids that like the disney princess.

This video is still pictures and subtitles. I expected standard animation. I can at least get moving animation from the dollar store videos. Sorry but in this case you are only buying a name and child's love for the characters. I gave this an average rating simply because the story lines are good .

I bought the video for my 2 year old daughter. She has 2 older brothers so we were excited to finally have some girl movies in the house.I was so disappointed when we got the movie and sat down to watch it. It worked fine until you hit play all. Then it not only froze, but it froze up my Bose DVD player as well. What a pain!!! I would like it to work!

My girls love princess everything -- this was no exception. Good movie! I would recommend it (along with volume 3; volume 2 not so much).

i have never seen this movie before but my 4 year old daughter loves anything with disney princesses. i just know she will love it and usually the princesses never disappoint.
