I purchased this for my daughter for her birthday because it's just darling. It worked for minimal useage over approximately a week and then quit. It will not take a charge to recharge. So, it's now cute and worthless.

Initially we received it very quickly and my daughter loved it. It was a birthday present. However, it only worked for a very short time. At this point it is no longer working. We are very dissatisfied with this product.

Cute but difficult

Like a lot of children, this mp3 player is cute beyond words. However, it turned out to be one of the most difficult to download. The instruction booklet as well as the commands are hard to comprehend and learn. I consider myself fairly electronics savvy, but this one was tough.
