I loved the player it self but is not fit for a five year old. Is hard to turn on for her. Program would not install on computer due to vista.

) Pros: Easy for kids to use the buttons. Bought it for a great price on e-bay. I will be looking for another one for my daughter in the near future.
Cons: I had to do some updating on my computer for it to be able to load the music on to it. Instrustion booklet has little use. I figured it our mostly but doing.
Overall, it seems to be meeting the needs of my son.

It is a great item and easy to use. My daughter loves it and uses it all the time. We bought it after Christmas because the one that we attempted to purchase from sears never came and evetually we got our $ back for it. I will only purchase on ebay from now on.
