Average learning quality
This DVD was educational, but not very user friendly. The information is spooned out in lecture form as apposed to being interactive. The characters pose questions to the audience and immediately answer them. There's no time for your child to think and then answer the questions. The entire story seems rushed and more in the format of review. The information wasn't presented as if it were to be heard by your child for the first time. Although this is presented to consumers as an early preschool learning tool and the concept of shapes and sizes is one that is learned at an early age, the story and teaching method seemed more geared toward 4-5 year old children rather than 2-3 year olds. The information in the DVD is accurate and somewhat helpful. I would prefer my daughter was watching this instead of Sponge Bob, but I would also rather she was watching Mickey Mouse Club House than this DVD.
