
Not the Essential Daft Punk disc, but worthy for dance quotient

Pros:
French europop released in USA, Looped grooves that work most of the time
Cons:
Released on Virgin Records, who don't promote/market well; Repetitive, if you don't like that<BR/>
I discovered Daft Punk, a french techno/electronica/loungy pop group, way after their groundbreaking album HOMEWORK was released, right about the time that DISCOVERY was getting its press junket going with reviews. Because I fell in love with the classic "Around the World," "Teachers," and "Phoenix" from the previous album, I was ready to own my first Daft Punk disc, DISCOVERY (2001).
