Mike Rowe: my man crush

Dirty Jobs has evolved abit over the course of its run. The show started kind of like an eager puppy. Energetic, goofy and often wildly out of line. It'd developed into a (more or less) polished exercise in erudition and professional examination.
One can tell that Rowe still digs his job, but that- inevitably- the newness of it is gone.
It's all there in this collection, however. While this version of the show is based on a local San Fransisco edition originally, there still manages to feel like a first year show. Maybe it's the broader scope he undertakes.
The most amazing thing about Mr. Rowe, aside from his insane tendency of doing the worst jobs in America on a weekly basis, is his spontaneous ability to quote from darn near any literary, Biblical, cinematic or classical source.
... and then there's the blooper reel. A standard on TV dvd's, I submit DJ's are the only ones with cursing AND Shakespeare.
Loved it. Will buy all of them as long as Discovery keeps making them. So, as Rowe pleads at the end of every episode, keep sending them suggestions for dirty jobs. My man crush's livelihood depends on it.
