Discover Tai Chi for Beginners - Workout Essentials (DVD, 2002)

My review is I have not received the article I ordered. I have contacted the seller twice and have not had a response. The article was paid for on 9-26-06 thru Pay Pal. I have tried to contact Pay Pal numerous times. Each time PayPal did not recognize my sign-in. On at least 5 times Pay Pal gave me new code letters to establish a new sign in. In all cases they did not send me an e-mail. In a communication to PayPal they replied they had no record of my trying to contact them.
The article has not been received to date.
The conclusion I have come to is that I have been "STIFFED" and should give up trying to resolve the problem. NO LONGER PLAN TO USE E-BAY OR PAY PAL. Mylin Norton, prtzlman80@juno.com.

The product was satisfactory. It was as stated in the ad. However, I am very dissatisfied with ebay's security system. Every day I get 2 or 3 spoof emails offering second chance offers to buy. I notified ebay by your system. Each time I get a form statement saying you appreciate my reporting the problem, explaining your investigative procedures, and giving me instructions on how to handle these spoofs. Not once have you given me any results of these investigations. (Whom have you prosecuted, convicted, etc.?) Since these spoof emails continue in large numbers, your procedures are not effective. I don't care about your procedures, just give me your results and stop the spoofs. You need a change of personnel in this area. The ones doing this job are obviously ineffective. I would be fired immediately if I performed similarly on my job.
