Good information for those starting out.

Discipline with Dignity is a good book for those who are entering the teaching profession, or any other profession that requires working with students. It provides a solid base of information and challenges the reader to consider what is best for all students involved in a classroom and not just the "good" students.
If you have worked in school for a while, much of this information might seem like old news. However, it is always good to be reminded to think outside of your normal patterns and challenge yourself to consider all those involved before dealing with student behavior.
