Dirty Harry (DVD, 2001, Clint Eastwood Collection)

A film script from the 1960s, came into hollywood, first into the hands of Paul Newman, he altered the script, through it back into the slush pile, several more actors looked at it, made their alterations, then finally in 1974 Clint Eastwood saw it, changed the script back to it's original script. Harry Guardino also stars, and a young Andrew Robinson who plays zodiac the killer. Clint Eastwood stars as Dirty Harry. Watch for the young and beautiful Rene Russo (thomas Crown Affair. Ransom). Harry, gets every dirty job that comes along. Harry doesn't play favorites, Harry hates everyone. He brutalizes and tortures suspects, he shoots everything. The winning smile and the coarseness: Do you feel lucky PUNK! In all this excitement I lost count in how many shots I fired...the ever growing Eastwoodism, of our time...We are fortunate to have Clint Eastwood as a Director and an Actor.
