Dirt Jockey: Heavy Equipment Operator (PlayStation, 2003)

My husband thought this would be a fun game to play with our nephews but wasn't really impressed with it. It's okay but actually takes quite a bit of thought to be able to maneuver the machines around. Too complicated for little kids and takes to much to just be a fun game for adults. He still plays now and then but would rather play something more age suitable so doesn't get much use.

I wish this game was for the ps2 or ps3 so I can use the analogs. The controls are as close real heavy equipment as possible. My 5 and 6 year olds cant play it yet but it wont be long. I like this game but it needs updating to the newer systems for ease of play, maybe some better graphics. After playing this game I would still buy it. Kids 6 and up would have alot of fun with this game.

This game is great!! I bought it for my husband, who is currently training to become an operator, he says it is just like the real thing!! The only bad thing is the graphics because it is a Playstation 1 game, if only they would make one for PS2. I would recommend this game to anyone interested in becoming an operator of any sort.

I wish I could say great things however, I cannot rate this since I have yet to receive this product. Therefore the average rating as well.
