I couldnt be happier, cheap and quick! It works and looks great.Not only is it beautiful, but it sucks like a dream! Perfect for those little spills and drops that need just a little sucking, much easier than lugging out the big sweeper for such a little job.It looks great on the counter, most people have no idea that it is a sweeper.Now all of my friends want to get this amazing product to clean up the little spills and drops around the house.The KONE also works great for the car as well, cleaned the entire four door sedan in about six minutes.Like i said couldnt be happier.

the item is new and clean and works great and was sent in a timely manner. BUT it was not wrapped-only had a shipping sticker slapped on. The day it was delivered was a rainy one and the box fell apart in my hands. it was soaked thru the inside packing as well. The vacuum had a plastic bag on it so it was saved. But just a simple piece of plastic would have saved the soggy mess!

Product was received in great condition and timing. I use it for small chores and quick tidy-up work around the house. Product design is ergonomically and aesthetically pleasing, although size of vacuum head is a bit small. Bag-less feature is great.

) absolutly a great product. couln;t like it more. the only reason I gave it a 4 (good) is because It wasn't charged when I got it, and It seemed to take a long time to gather a good charge (25 hours) But as I saw on consumer reports.com this was a top rated vaccum, and I see why!

cool vacuumits a cool vacuum, it's nice can be left sitting where ever and doesn't look ugly like a regular vacuum. I doesn't work quite as good as some other handhelds, but it works very well and I am quite happy with it.

The product is actually better than I thought. Suction power is reasonable. Although once the filter starts getting clogged you have to immediately clean it. Only takes about a minute or two to clean. Holds a good amount of charge. When its charging, the vaccuum and base illuminate white. Its pretty cool. Functions well. For the price I can't complain. I would definitely recommend it. I use it for the interior of the car, and to pick up small stuff around the house. Does its job well. The only reason I didn't give it an excellent rating, is because the filter has to get cleaned fairly quickly. But then again, it only take a minute or two to clean. After that its back to normal.
