Excellent Manual For The To Be CEO
I just finished reading the book titled "Direct from Dell", written by Catherine Fredman and Michael Dell.
This book is not as much a biography as it is more of a journal. In this book, Michael Dell tells the reader what he does on a daily basis at Dell Corporation. Mr. Dell shares his favorite moments of his career and how he succeeded while most of his competitors didn't, largely because of his unique "Direct" method.
The content seems to be spread out in different places throughout the book. The events mentioned in the book are not in order. As a reader, I would have to label this book as a journal because it seems that Mr. Dell wrote whatever came to his mind at the time.
If your a person thinking of opening your own company, then this book is for you.
