
Graet Book - No Particular "Brand" Diet
This is a good run of the mill diet book. No particular fad-diet is centered on although most of the current popular ones are mentioned - and also reasons why they usually fail. The book focuses on healthy eating - watching portions and reading labels. There is also general information on exercises. It's a good book for anyone wanting to lose a few but not wanting to subscribe to one of the "fashionable diets".
