This book helps the reader resolve those food issues we have as a western society...by following the book's recommendations and making some simple food changes , tI was able to "kick" the normal USA eating patterns and move toward a healthier eating lifestyle. It also helped me reduce my allergies and my exhaustion.
The book is not a diet book; rather it helps the reader look at eating and food types in a whole new way.
