Like most period references, a necessary addition to a collector's library when dealing with 2nd and early 3rd Reich Medals and Decorations. Just remember, this book was written by a German national, for Germans, IN German - so get your translation dictionary!
The major shortcomings of this excellent reference are the exclusive use of black and white photographs and illustrations, and an absence of ribbon illustrations, or of a ribbon chart.
