HighWater Mark of the Late 1970's Dead
I first saw the Dead in November 1977 (the Rochester War Memorial show that we busted the doors in and thousands of Deadheads got in free) I was pretty buzzed at the time and pcked a quiet place in the bleachers opposite to Jerry's side of the stage and consequently right in front of Donna Godcheaux, who I promptly became convinced was singing directly to me. Keith and Donna were at their peak then and if you like what they lent to the Dead's music, you'll love this album.
