The Diary of Alicia Keys by Alicia Keys (CD, Dec-2003, J-Records USA)

I like all of her hits but never enought to buy an album..............Well I am pleasantly surprised to be playing this album over many road trips. I really underestimated how talented this girl his. I have all of her albums now.

I bought this cd because I liked "If I Ain't Got You" and knew only this song from Alicia Keys songs before I bought.
I was surprised and thrilled after I listened all the songs in this cd.
All songs are wonderful and impressive.
I have listened this cd many times already and I never got bored.
The more I listened the more I liked.

This was my first Alicia Keyes CD and I love it !!!!!

She blends the right amount of funk, soul and classical sounds. You will be singing along during HEARTBURN and car dancing at the same time. When Alicia gets the groove with SAMISNOITE MAN you will call your girlfreinds and say "you KNOW" I plan to use Track 11 at my wedding when i walk down the aisle, becasue it is one of the best songs to expalin what love really is about.
If this CD cost 50 bucks it would be well worth it

This is a strong, solid R&B album from a truly great artist. I rate 10 songs of this album at least with 4/5 stars. The bonus DVD is also a nice addition; check it out.

Key-earring aside, I would personally call this Alicia's turnaround album. Despite the best-selling status of her last album, this is the one that I think is worth it.

This is a great album that Alicia Keys put out. Every song on this album she displayed passion and intensity in each song. This is a must have CD.

When I recieved this cd, it came in great condition. The only thing that was a bit bothersome was the time it took. It took a while for me to finally recieve this cd. Other than that everything else was great.
