Description
The PC hit and classic dungeon crawler Diablo comes to the PlayStation. Play as a strong warrior, magical sorcerer, or the balanced rogue as you travel through 16 randomly generated levels of action in an effort to defeat the Lord of Hell, Diablo. Battle skeletons, zombies, and demons with magic, swords, clubs, and arrows. Occasionally, villagers will ask you to perform additional quests to help make the town a safer place. If all of the enemies overwhelm you, get a friend to help you out with the multiplayer mode. Several new special effects have been added to the PlayStation version to give the game an added graphical punch. Also included is a new double-speed mode that will allow you to get out sticky situations twice as fast. Diablo brings old-fashioned dungeon exploration home.

    Diablo is one of the best games ever made for PC, etc.. The great thing about the PC version was being online multiplayer capable.. This game on the Playstation really needed that option. I loved the game and would love to see it reproduced with online multiplayer technology for the PS2 or PS3. The problem is that they will next level it so much that it will suck. I like the plain straight forward graphics etc of this version, and don't think much else should be changed.. of course the story line.. because we allready know this one, but you get what I am saying. Theyre making games today too graphic intense, eyestraining, dark, and require too many controlls and thought. It's not fun to have to squeeze your brains to power a controller and see in dark corners. This really was a good game. I did not care for Diablo 2.
