Diablo II (PC Games, 2000)

Diablo II (not Diablo which is quite old) and Diablo II Expansion are in a word, wonderful. I've played the game for over 8 years. A person would think that it would get old...but it doesn't.

One must buy Diablo II. This set allows you to play online which is the only way to play. You join games, or make a game. You start out, walk out of town, and whack away at evil looking things. To play with just Diablo II you are playing the "classic" game. Classic is great.

If you have the Diablo II loaded, you can buy the LOD (Lords of Destruction)expansion set. This gives you a higher resolution image and has other features. Both games are good, one need not buy the LOD (Expansion pack).

The reason it never gets old is that, usually in July or August Blizzard the parent company "resets" the ladder. This means that everyone starts out with nothing. So to me, it's a new game every season. The absolute best way to play online (unless you're a mean lil kid) is to go to amazonbasin dot com and join. These are people who are polite and expect others to share, and not swear. If you're a meanie...you won't like it there.

For the past two years when the ladder is reset the game has had added features.
Just buy a copy and play...you'll figure it out.

if you cannot resist addictions, please dont play this game. its too good in terms of game play and multitude of gaming features available. really a well made game - no doubt about that. but after a while it becomes monotonous but still the vastness of the game makes u come back to explore more even with the same monotony.

but the game is so addictive and if you decide to play over battle.net then be prepared to face a whole bunch of immoral fellows out there. cheating, abuses, dog fights and all sort of nonsensical stuff is out there. meanwhile you are sure to lose some or more of your efforts that you have accummulated over time in form of virtual items in the game. moreover blizzard's promises about its zerotolerance policies and all those stuff are all just in paper. they dont really take any measures to ensure safety in the game. the customer service channel is nearly useless too.

Diablo 2 is the second game in the Diablo series from Blizzard. Diablo 2 follows the storyline of the "hero" from the first game that banished Diablo. In the second game you are a hero that must find this Dark Stranger because everywhere he goes there is destruction.

You get numerous classes, three tech trees for specking out your character, and tonnes of weapons to choose from.

This game provides hours of entertainment both off and online.

i love the content of the diablo series, All RPG games are pretty good, but this one takes the cake.

What bits I have seen reminds me of Zelda. Several levels and is to hard for a young child to grasp, but at 13 it keeps him occupied.

Item was purchased for a grandson. Unfortunatly my computor was not conpatable so I had to return it for refund of partial cost. Not they're fault I just didn't know.

Great game. Have played it over and over and over... Make sure you get the expansion pack. Can't wait till Diablo 3 comes out!

My uncle first introduced me to this game years ago. The age-old concept of having your own character who's skills you must develop by slaying thousands of monsters continues to be addictive, and so I was drawn in. This game is well developed and carefully designed, and needless to say, its reputation precedes it. For hours, days and years of great gameplay, I recommend Diablo II.

This is exactly what I wanted. The keys work 100%. For Diablo 2 and Expansion set. I am very satisfied!.

I bought this for my sister's son. He enjoy's the game. He been wanting games like this for a long time and now when he comes over to the house he gets to play it.

I liked this game and replaced it because it had got lost in the move. I was sure glad to get it again as it was a favorite of mine.

This is a great game and I was excited that it is made available for the Mac OS X (with a few extra downloads). I would recommend this game to any RPG fan.

plenty of weapons, lots of monsters to kill. they could have put more gold in the game, so that the player could buy more stuff.

It is an awesome RPG. I am a Barbarian and I hack & slash my way through various boards and realms. It is a fantastic game and I would recommend it to anyone. (They are coming out with DIablo III) I can't wait.
