I THINK ALL THE "FOR DUMMIES" BOOKS ARE PRETTY WELL DONE. THEY USE HUMOR TO HOLD YOUR ATTENTION. THIS BOOK IS ESPECIALLY GOOD FOR BEGINNERS I THINK. I'VE BEEN DOING THIS AWHILE

Thank you for voting. If your vote meets our Diabets Cookbook For DummiesI decided to purchase the book because I recently discovered taht I am a type 2 diabetic. This book would give me more information on the my disease and also many reciepts that I could take advantage of. I like the way in which the book breaks dow the amount or carbs contained in the foods. This book will assist me in changing the way that I eat for life.
