A Designer's eye for Scrapbooking by Ali Edwards (2004, Paperback)

Don't we scrappers all love collecting cool patterned paper? Ali and her 4 other contributors give us great ideas for working with the patterned paper. I have scrapbooked for years but these ideas have inspired me to use my paper in different ways. There are even ideas in the end of the book for you to "play" with and get used to breaking out of your own mold. Very inspiring.
The only downfall: it took me some time to figure out the guide that goes with each layout. There is a color drawing of each page that breaks it down into one floral, and one stripe, or two circles and one floral etc. It isn't explained and is probably self-explanatory to everyone but me. Once you know you won't have a problem with it. All in all I'd say this book is a scrapper for just about anyone at any level. Great ideas, Ali!
