THE resourse for bridge design engineers. Based on 2004 AASHTO LRFD CODE. This edition has problems sets at the end of each chapter. ALSO it is in U.S. English units which is great since the Structural PE exam (in 2008)is all in US standard units as well as 2004 AASHTO CODE. Lots of clear and step by step examples.
