Nothing is ever what it seems to be

An incredibly intricately woven tale from start to finish. William Costigan, an undercover cop, is sent to infiltrate the mob boss, Frank Costello's organization in order to build a case against him and take him down. With no one to trust and no one to turn to, his mission is to earn Costello's trust and report back to the only 2 men that know his real identity.
Colin Sullivan, who was practically raised by Frank Costello, is sent to school and ultimately becomes a cop as well, in a special unit assigned to take Costello down. With both deeply immersed in their roles, their world collide as the both sides catch on to the fact that there is a mole in their midst.
This movie has a well orchestrated ensemble (all star cast), so many twists and turns you can't look away for a minute, and world where nothing is ever what it seems to be. Definitely worth watching!
