Denon AVR 1709 7.1 channel Receiver

This Denon receiverd is all I expected with the new theater system I put in place. The three HDMI ports on the back panel is a must if you have alot of electronics to put in place with the system. Excellent product.

very good home entertainment center receiver, after calibrating the Auddessey with the supplied mic it really came through, Audio that is with Superb Clarity and Realism. Cool, Very Cool............

Receiver has very good sound quality. Less connections than many comparable devices. (lack of optical ports for audio). Less power but better digital sound quality then similar onkyo devices i have used. Overall good receiver for small to medium sized rooms. Not enough power for larger rooms.

The unit work less than a month and it when into auto power shut down. Every time I try to power up, it turns off. Call Denon, they say to ship it to a repair shop. I have to pay for shipping and call the repair shop myself. the unit is still there, don't know when I will have it back. Be nice if Denon ship me a new one.
