This is a replacement copy for the one I bought a few years ago and WORE OUT! It's so good, it's unbelievable! My abs are just fabulous and I owe it all to Denise Austin and this video. When my old tape broke, I created my own workout, but it just wasn't challenging me like the video did. Finally, I found it on E-Bay! This time, I'm going to tape it first so I have a back up when I burn through my second copy.

Got this tape for the Pilates aspect. I had an idea what Pilates was all about, but I apparently was wrong. This tape targets abs, core muscles. The exercises will definitely bring results in shaping the midsection.
It does have alot of commercials and promotional stuff at the beginning of programs, but can be easily fast forwarded past.

I love Denise!I love this video because it has a nice host. She puts you through the paces and you feel great afterward. I dislike this video because it is very hard, not really a beginner work-out. However, if you keep at it, you improve. I bought it because I like 20 minute work-outs.

WOW!!! VERY EFFECTIVE MAT WORKOUT
) At first i was septic of Denise Austin but! seriously she became MY FAV!!! trainer super fast & i have ALOT!! of training DVD & VHS this mat workout really made me sweat i was happily surprised. NO NEED TO JUMP, KICK, PUCH OR WATHEVER FOR THIS KIND OF SWEAT... i think i will buy more DENISE AUSTIN & she really explained perfectly what was PILATES all about.. I WILL REMEMBER.. QUALITY OVER QUANTITY =)
