Denise Austin - Hit the Spot: 10-Five Minute Target Toners (DVD, 2007)

I love this DVD - I can do just the abs when I want to, and pick and choose what I do want to do. All the exercises are hard enought o work your body yet easy enough for a beginner to do. I have only been using it a short while and already see and feel results. Definetely would recommend.

Awsome! I highly recommend this to any one who has 10,15,20,40 or 60 minutes for your workout. You decide how long you have and what body part you want to work.

I had rented this CD from Netflix and decided I needed one of my own. I ride a recumbent bike for 45 minutes most mornings and then do 2 or 3 of the 5 minutes sets on this CD. Throughout the week you can work out all parts of your body. I like the fact that many of the exercise use small hand weights. I love that you can decide how much time you have and pick your exercises according to that.

The five minute segments are wonderful! It makes the hour seem so much shorter! If you only have 20 or 30 minutes, you can pick the spot you would like to work on each time.

I really like this DVD. You can pick and choose which area of your body that you want to work on or choose to do the whole DVD.

This is an excellent work out DVD for busy Moms. You can selet the workouts you choose for the day. If Im busy I might select three workouts for 15 minutes. I also like the fact that I can break it up through the day. Five minutes here for a quick workout of my arms and then a quick two 5 minute workouts in the evening (10 minutes thats all!) All I can say is Thank You Denise!!! You really do understand that Moms are busy!
