Denise Austin - Fit and Firm Pregnancy (DVD, 2006)

I think the exercises are really good in this video, but they just don't do them for long enough...as soon as you get the hang of it, they move on the another move. I just felt like it should've been less moves and more reps..also, Denise Austin is irritating in my opinion. It's just okay...I just ordered a pilates dvd, so hopefully I will like that better.

the seller never sent my item. claimed she sent it twice but the one time she claimed to have sent it, it was president's day and the mail was not running. after numerous emails she did refund my money. i will not buy from this seller again!!! she should not be able to sell items on ebay any more....she has numerous feedback with the same problem i had!!!

This DVD is broken down by trimesters which makes it easy to determine which exercises you should and should not be doing at all stages of pregnancy. It is geared toward beginners through advanced exercisers. The best part of the DVD is the toning workout. It keeps you looking fit and will prepare you for postpartum recovery. In addition to the pregnancy workout, there is a postpartum workout to get you back to your 'old' self in no time.

I bought this dvd workout because I am in my second pregnancy and wanted to find exercises that were safe and effective. Before I recieved it, I was skeptical since I am very uncoordinated and Denise Austin's workouts can sometimes get complicated. To my delight it was just what I needed; a low impact workout that makes me feel better at the end of the day about my pregnant, changing body. It is very easy and gives you that extra burst of energy and confidence you need during pregnancy.

I have been waiting three weeks for my video to be delivered to Canada. This is the longest I've ever waited for an item. After checking the mail daily I'm starting to wonder if it's ever going to arrive???

If you are familiar with Denise Austin's Firm and Fit program then you will immediately know this is no exception to the energy level she takes you too. I really liked her cardio section as it kept my heart rate at a good level. It was challenging but a fun workout. I was suprised at how easy the moves were, the amount of energy that goes into them is what makes it challenging.

The only thing I did not like was there is no real cool down or relaxation section. When the workout ends I still feel like I need a good 10 minutes of relaxation or cool down.

All in all it's a very good prenatal workout. I really enjoyed going through it.

I exercise everyday. I like the video; it is low impact and yet I felt like I had a great workout. This will keep me in shape while my belly grows!

I like this DVD. I have never done a Denise Austin DVD before and found her a little cheesy. I like the workout though and she really helps you through what ever stage of pregnancy you are in.

Overall the dvd workout was o.k. I wished that Denise Austin would explain the belly exercises a bit better. Being that I am a first time mom, I want to make sure that I am doing the exercises properly to protect the baby. The cardio exercises where o.k.

I bought this item for my daughter who is four months pregnant. I am a Denise Austin fan and thought this would be a nice thing for my daughter to have to help her stay in shape during her pregnancy.

Good work outs, definitly good to know that all the workouts are same for baby. it would be nice if there were more workouts on this DVD. It can get boring doing the same set every other day!

I love that the cardio workout applies to all 3 trimesters, and is low impact. Also there is strength training as well! And there is even workouts for Post Partum!
Denise Austin covers all of the areas.

Decent workout. Better than her first fit pregnancy video with less interruptions. Provides 2 different levels - beginner and "advanced" although I would consider the "advanced" to be more intermediate than advanced. Allows you to customize your workout so if you are having a low energy day, you only have to to one workout or, if you are more energetic, can do all. It's up to you. Overall, pretty good.

The video is great and they had the best price on Ebay for it. Shipping was average and product was as described.

I bought the NewPhone 74205 three weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on this inexpensive phone. It has a 1M-pixel camera, video camera, and speakerphone. The NewPhone's size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the battery has a pretty good lifespan of roughly 4 hours. My only complaint is that the menu system on the phone makes you click four times before you can find someone in the address book, set an alarm, or perform a additional functions. Other phones I've owned have simpler menus and get you to important features easily. Overall, I'd recommend the phone if you're on a budget.

I LOVE Denise Austin! She is very knowledgeable and encouraging. I love doing her workouts on record them from Lifetime. I was excited to try a workout tailored for the pregnant female body designed by Denise. She gives good advice on what is a good way for a pregnant woman to excercise.

This is a really nice DVD for staying in shape while your pregnant. The exercises could be done for longer amounts of time...just pause the DVD and add a few reps for each exercise. This will also be nice for a low impact workout after the baby is born. Overall I would reccomend this!

It is such a good workout video for pregnancy. It keeps you feeling good, and it helps to tone your body all throughout your pregnancy. i highly recommend this DVD to all pregnant women.
