I love this CD, since I have purchased it and used it, I fall asleep in 10 minutes or less. I don't hardly remember hearing it, I was already asleep, my husband too. Better than any over the counter pill that's for sure! I highly recommend it, if you mind wanders and you can never get to sleep like me.

Step 1: Get yourself a pillow microphone (Radio Shack sells them). I move around, so I had to tape it to the headboard.
Step 2: Move your alarm clock away from your reach. If you have a portable (not plugged in) put it on the floor next to the wall.
Step 3: If your CD player has the option to 'replay all' make that the option. The two tracks are about 2 hrs long.
Step 4: Turn off your phone, press play, turn off the lights and relax.
When I first played this I heard white noise (sounds like static) and thought I had a bad disc.
Not so, that is what you will hear when it starts. Relax and listen.
The next thing I heard was my alarm clock and I reached over and turned it off.
I was late for work that day. The next day my clock was on the floor away from my reach.
Feeling like you had to much coffee? Feeling like you're wired? Feeling like you can't sleep and you don't know why? Follow the instructions here and I am pretty sure you'll get some much needed sleep.
I've told 5 people about it already and gave them each a disc which I purchased on Ebay. Usually you can find it for under $10 (used). I've sold each one for $10 and everyone has been happy with me for helping them.
The author puts out a few other programs, but THIS ONE is the best for me.
Nobody has said it did not work. all have gotten a good nights sleep.
